Give2Win Charity Casino – Terms & Conditions

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to participate in sweepstakes in Alberta. Employees of Give2Win, Bison Lodge, Chef Pat, NABDA, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter
Guests receive sweepstakes entries by making a donation at the event, which awards casino chips that are converted into entries. Each guest may acquire up to 10,000 chips (equivalent to a $200 donation). No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win; a free-entry method is available upon request.
3. Prizes
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the event (9:00 PM) based on chip-to-entry conversion. Example Grand Prize: Exclusive Private Chef Dinner for 2 with In-home Couples Massage. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Give2Win reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Donations & Chip Policy
All donations are collected by Give2Win and contributed 100% to NABDA. Guests may donate multiple times but cannot exceed the maximum chip allotment of 10,000 chips per person. Chips are used solely for casino games and converted into sweepstakes entries at the end of the night.
5. Liability & Safety
By participating, guests release Give2Win, Bison Lodge, Chef Pat, and NABDA from liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property, alcohol consumption, or disputes regarding chip counts, donations, or game outcomes. Guests participate at their own risk and must comply with venue rules.
6. Privacy
Guest names, emails, and phone numbers will be collected for check-in and prize administration purposes only and will not be shared with third parties except as required to administer the sweepstakes.
7. Event Rules
Give2Win reserves the right to disqualify participants for cheating, disruptive behavior, or providing false information. Chips/entries will be tallied at 9:00 PM and prizes awarded immediately thereafter.
