By joining this ‘win-win’ membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Benefits:

As a Give2Win member, you will enjoy a range of exclusive benefits:

Automatic Giveaway Entries: Each month, you will receive automatic entries into every national giveaway we offer. These entries are exclusive to members and cannot be transferred.

Access to Behind-the-Scenes Content: Immerse yourself in our world with access to behind-the-scenes content, stories, and insights.

2. Eligibility:

To become a Give2Win member, you must meet the following criteria:

– You must be at least 18 years old.

– Membership is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec.

3. Membership Fees:

– Membership fees are billed monthly at your chosen rate, per month, plus GST.

– Members can cancel their membership at any time, without long-term commitment.

4. Payment Terms:

– Membership fees are non-refundable.

– All payments must be made in Canadian dollars. Currency exchange and international transfer charges may apply if payment is made in a different currency.

5. Personal Information:

– As a member, you will be required to provide contact information, including email addresses and phone numbers, for membership verification and communication purposes.  

– Your personal information will be processed as described in our Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

6. Entry Process:

– Members can enter giveaways by simply being a member; no additional purchase is required.

– Entries credited as ‘purchased’ shall have the same status as entries paid in cash.

7. Maximum Entries:

– Each member is eligible to receive their automatic entries into every national giveaway per month. There is a maximum limit of 2,000 valid prize entries per giveaway, regardless of the method of entry.

8. Winner Verification:

– Winners will be subject to a pre-winner verification process, which includes a mathematical skill-testing question.

9. Termination:

– Give2Win reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

– Give2Win may make reasonable amendments to these terms and conditions at any time, with immediate effect upon publishing such amendments on the website.

11. Governing Law:

– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada within the specific requirements of the Canadian Competition Act.

12. Acceptance:

By becoming a Give2Win member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
